Helping disadvantaged poor people is a large part of the mission of St. Elisabeth Convent. At our farmsteads, we offer people in difficult life situations shelter, work, food and clothing, a chance to change their lives and meet God.
"Silent Night" is a popular Christmas carol, composed in 1818 by Franz Xaver Gruber to lyrics by Joseph Mohr in Austria. The carol has been translated into about 140 languages. In this video, the carol is chanted in Russian.
