Question: Can I join a monastery even if I do not have a high school certificate? Will I be admitted to a religious seminary without one?
Answer: I know the rules of your land - Arizona. I would let you join the seminary, but they probably will not listen to me. Over here, I would imagine they would pay the most attention to the candidate's inner world and motivation, their willingness to serve God and dedicate themselves to the service of their flock and the Church. I think that they are the most important things. All the rest will come, God willing. If your children have the blessing from the Lord to enter the seminary, He will work something out to let them have the school certificates. Motivation and pure faith always come first.
