We invite you to donate to Saint Elisabeth Convent and help us expand our ministries to bring the message and love of Jesus Christ.

Saint Elisabeth Convent is an Orthodox charitable organization based in Minsk, Belarus, that provides a variety of Christian services, including a hospice for terminally ill patients, a rehabilitation center for people with disabilities, a food kitchen for the homeless, and a shelter for women and children who have experienced domestic violence. We also offer educational programs, spiritual guidance, and support for familes in need.

Our convent is named after Saint Elisabeth the New Martyr, a Russian Orthodox saint who dedicated her life to serving the poor and the sick. Saint Elisabeth Convent continues this tradition by serving people of all backgrounds and beliefs.

Some of our ministries include:

Long-term care for 300 children aged 7-18 with mental and mobility disabilities placed in institutional care.

Provide care for 800 adult patients with mental disabilities in need of permanent care.

Rehabilitation centre for children with mental disabilities: provides rehabilitation services for children with mental conditions, as well as advice and support for their families.

Holy Sacraments and worship services are organized for all of the people of God we serve, with everyone encouraged to attend.

Social activities for the adults and children we serve which include classes in drawing and clay modeling, making animation cartoons and fun craft items, and attending a theatrical studio.
