Tenderness Fish Cakes

Easy and tasty – this is the best description of this healthy dish.

Fish cakes ingredients:

  • 500 grams fish (preferably two varieties)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1-2 onions
  • 1 lemon
  • fish spices
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • olive oil

Now let's start cooking cakes with prayer. Cut the fish into pieces. To do this, remove the skin from the fish fillet. You can cut a piece of fish in half to make it easier to remove the skin. If the fish is tough, you can cut the slices right with the skin. The pieces should be small in size - about 3 cm in length. Make sure that no bones get into the pieces. Sliced fish are much tastier than minced fish. It is best to take 2-3 varieties of fish of different degrees of fat content. Today I use zander and trout. Season the chopped fish with spices and salt and marinate with lemon juice. Add the second variety of chopped fish and leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.


Then whisk the eggs and add the fish. Add mayonnaise. Leave it for another half hour. Then add finely chopped onions (you can use pre-fried) and a little rosemary. And gradually add flour. Pour olive oil into a frying pan and fry cakes.
