Now let's start cooking cakes with prayer. Cut the fish into pieces. To do this, remove the skin from the fish fillet. You can cut a piece of fish in half to make it easier to remove the skin. If the fish is tough, you can cut the slices right with the skin. The pieces should be small in size - about 3 cm in length. Make sure that no bones get into the pieces. Sliced fish are much tastier than minced fish. It is best to take 2-3 varieties of fish of different degrees of fat content. Today I use zander and trout.
