This winter season is rich in memorable days in the life of Saint Elisabeth Convent. On 10 December 1999, we consecrated our first church, of Nicholas the Wonderworker, located on the grounds of the National Mental Clinic. Many of our firsts are connected with this church. The ministry of our sisters at the Mental Health Clinic began from here and continues to this day. Also in 1999, our first two sisters took monastic tonsures.
