On April 18, 2022, Metropolitan Benjamin of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus, performed the tonsure in the home church of the Minsk diocesan administration.
The brethren will continue with their obediences in our convent: Br Georgy (Drozd) as a gesso-maker at the icon-painting studio, Br Yury (Mitsul) as an altar-server and Br Dimitry (Akhremkin) as an architect.
Among the present were Abbess Euphrosyne (Laptik) and monk Dorotheos (Kozyrev), who became the spiritual sponsor of the newly tonsured.
