On January 19th, the Orthodox Church celebrates the joyous Feast of Theophany. There is a wonderful tradition at our Convent: after the Theophany night service, we go to the Convent’s farmstead to plunge into the ice-cold water. After that, we drink hot tea and talk to each other.
